News Beijing, China - March 21. 2006
Dear NHS,
Here are the news on the Beijing, China side of the Book Exchange:
As of March 21. 2006
1.) The Book Exchange is well underway here in China!
- So far we have collected 2 books (Filled out forms, including pictures and the book in English, about Chinese culture) - ALL finished and ready to be sent to Vienna.
- In LuHe High School about 10 student in each class - 11 classes were informed - are participating and will hand in the books by next week.
- The LuHe students are currently filling out the sheets and will buy the books this weekend. (...and hand them in by next week)
2.) The Tongzhou Teachers University has also decided to join the project. They are excited and are currently looking for books they would like to send to Vienna.
3.) The German Language University - Beijing is also eager to participate and are in search for books they would like to send.

NEWS on the BEIJING Part:
The Beijing LuHe High School has already approved the project, and are currently filling out the sheets (Infos about them, the book etc) and I will be collecting the books asap.
The Beijing Tongzhou Teachers University has also decided to take part in the project, and are also working on filling out the papers.

Misunderstandings
Hi from Beijing!
Due to some misunderstandings, (Im very sorry about it), some people thought I was pulling out of the project -
However, I will NOT be pulling out.
Im terribly sorry for the misunderstanding.
The idea I mentioned was for a NEXT project (Support for an old peoples home in Beijing)
I hope things are all cleared up now =)
